How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally, we will ship your order within 10 business days from the date finalized. Allow another 5-7 days for USPS delivery. Please contact us for any rush needs and we can meet your needs. (extra fee applies)

Are any of your watches water resistant?
Yes, all of our watches we offer are water resistant. Accidental exposure to water such as sprinkling will not affect the time keeping efficiency of our watches. However, prolonged immersion in water is not recommended.

What is your return policy?
There is NO refund on ALL PERSONALIZED items. All sales are final. We accept exchange only on the personalized watches. All exchanges are subject to $5/watch exchange fee, plus shipping cost. Shipping cost can not be credited/refunded. All merchandise purchased at clearance/sale will be credited at clearance/sale price during exchange. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Is there a warranty?
Yes, we offer 1 year limited warranty. The mechanism is warranted against any defects in workmanship. In such cases the watch will be replaced or repaired at no charge except actual shipping.
